Elevate Her Journeys is a UK-based luxury travel brand creating curated small-group journeys exclusively for women. Each experience is designed to combine meaningful connection, cultural exploration, and effortless travel in beautifully considered destinations.
How do I contact Elevate Her Journeys?
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time). We are closed on weekends and UK public holidays.
Is Let Elevate Her Journeys just for women?
Yes. Our journeys are exclusively designed for women. This allows us to create a safe, supportive, and connection-led travel experience in small groups.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
How do I secure my place?
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Flexible payment plans are available on most journeys. After your deposit, the remaining balance can be split into instalments leading up to your departure date.
When is full payment due?
Final payment is typically due no later than 70 days before departure, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards and secure online payment methods. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details, payment schedule (if applicable), and next steps for your journey.
Is the deposit refundable?
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and non-recoverable supplier costs. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation charges may apply as departure approaches. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Do I need a passport?
Yes. A valid passport is required for all international journeys.
Can I book without a passport?
Yes, but your passport must be valid before final travel documents are issued.
Do I need visas or vaccinations?
Yes, where applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure all entry requirements are met before travel.
FLIGHTS
Are flights included?
Our journeys are sold as land-only travel arrangements and do not include flights unless explicitly stated on the trip page.
Do you book flights?
No. We do not arrange or manage flights. Travellers are responsible for booking their own international flights.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
All flight arrangements are the responsibility of the traveller and are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections. We recommend booking flexible tickets and travel insurance.
ACCOMMODATION & GROUP TRAVEL
Who will I share a room with?
If you select shared accommodation, you will be paired with another solo traveller of the same gender, based on suitability and availability. Room allocation cannot be guaranteed in advance and may be adjusted for operational reasons.
Can I book a private room?
Yes. Private room upgrades are available on most journeys, subject to availability and additional cost.
How many people are in each group?
We operate small-group journeys to ensure connection, comfort, and quality. Group sizes vary depending on the destination.
THE EXPERIENCE
Is the itinerary fixed?
Each journey includes a structured itinerary with a balance of guided experiences and free time. Itineraries may be adjusted due to operational, weather, or local conditions to ensure safety and the best possible experience.
What kind of experiences are included?
Experiences vary by destination and may include cultural immersion, curated excursions, wellness activities, and personal exploration time.
What happens if someone is disruptive?
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful without refund.
Is punctuality important during trips?
Yes. All travellers are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled activities. Late arrivals may result in missed experiences without refund.
GROUP RESPONSIBILITY
What is expected of travellers?
We ask all guests to respect group timings, fellow travellers, and local partners. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required depending on the destination.
What should my insurance cover?
Your policy should include medical cover, trip cancellation, travel disruption, and personal belongings.
